A: On the completion of your sale you keep the full value of the property without having to pay a single extra penny to PropertyVisa.
Q: How long will you keep my property details online?
A: As long as it takes to sell or if you decide to remove it.
Q: Can I update or change my details at any time?
A: Yes. Simply log in and access your account from the menu. Select what you want to change, then change it.
Q: How long does it take for my property to appear on PropertyVisa?
A: Your property can be live on the website within a few minutes. You may add additional services and make final adjustments at any stage.
Q: Do you do everything that a high street estate agent does?
A: Virtually. The only thing we don’t do measure up the rooms. After all, who knows your property better than you? With digital cameras and camera phones, it has never been quicker and easier to take and share photographs. By leaving this task to you the whole selling process will be faster.
Q: Do you have a person I can actually speak to about any concerns or queries I have?
A: Yes. Every property is allocated to an account manager who will answer any questions you have. Alternatively, you could have a look through the ‘PropertyVisa Selling Guide’ – you may find your answers there.
